Now read this. A construction company in Guam is being sued for religious discrimination after one of its supervisor coerced an employee into converting to Iglesia Ni Manalo or lose his job. Former Black Construction employee Rolando T. Canoy filed a law suit after being terminated from his job. His former supervisor Robert Redolozo encouraged and requested him to attend the 'religious' sessions of Iglesia Ni Cristo. All went well when he decided to attend some gatherings but things started to get sour when he declined to attend further more. Canoy eventually lost his job.
